Raw Apple Cider Vinegar

 An apple a day keeps the doctor away, but have you tried Raw Apple Cider Vinegar!?

So recently, I’ve discovered the power of Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar. For the past 6 months or so I’ve incorporated taking 2 tbs of Bragg’s Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar with 8oz of filtered water at night and upon rising. What a difference in how my body feels!! It gave me energy and made me feel more alert in the morning compared to me drinking my hot cup of Joe. It also was a natural detox for me in the morning and I noticed that my belly looked and felt flatter!
