How old are you and where are you from? I am 35 years old and I am from Decatur, Georgia.
What hobbies do you have outside of the gym? Spending time with my family, baseball, softball, working on cars, playing video games, and watching movies.
How has fitness affected your life? Becoming fit has allowed me to perform to a higher standard in a physically demanding job, blessed me with the ability to keep up with my two athletic children, and has made me feel better, overall.
What is your favorite and least favorite exercise? My favorite exercise is upper body weightlifting. My least favorite exercise is cardio.
What is the hardest challenge you have had inside the gym? Increasing leg and posterior chain muscles.
What accomplishment inside Forge-Rx are you most proud of? Gaining twenty one pounds of muscle in one year while reducing body fat by six percent.
Tell us one thing about you people probably don’t know? I am double jointed.
What is the biggest goal you have accomplished since joining Forge-Rx? Handstand pushups. I really struggled with those.
What do you like best about our classes? Lifting heavy weight.
What do you like best about our coaches? That they believe I am always capable of more and hold me accountable.
If you could have dinner with one dead or alive celebrity who would it be and why? Ryan Reynolds because he is hilarious.
What food should not be in your pantry? Sugar.
What is your most embarrassing moment? Farting while lifting heavy weight.
Describe your perfect night? Intense workout followed by cheat meal, followed by watching a movie at home with my family.
What is your favorite thing about Forge-Rx? That the clients, coaches, and staff are family.
What is your biggest fitness goal moving forward? To be in the 1,000lb club. No, not weighing a thousand pounds. Lifting one thousand pounds. 300lb bench, 300lb back squat, 400lb deadlift.
