Our nutrition coaches use nutrition counseling to identify your current areas of strength and the areas that can use improvement and implement small changes to help optimize your food intake. We account for your preferences and dietary restrictions and offer recipes and follow-up to ensure that you are able to stay on track smoothly.

HOW DO WE TRACK RESULTS?
Although a body weight scale can be a great resource for getting information, Forge-Rx goes a little beyond that. Not only do we highly encourage our clients to track progress through physical activity…but we also use the InBody 570 Body Composition Analyzer.
The InBody is a 45-second test which prints off results immediately. It identifies how many pounds of lean mass and fat are in each body segment. It also identifies your body fat percentage, basal metabolic rate, visceral fat levels, and MORE. This information is analyzed and used to determine how your individualized program is influencing your body composition.

Believe it or not, eating the proper amount and types of food can lead to better sleep quality, improved moods, increased appetite for life and MORE ENERGY! This can also lead to an overall better performance in the gym and in life!
