Can I tell you how much I LOVE breakfast?
I enjoy it so much I could eat breakfast food for every meal of the day!
In fact…I find myself eating breakfast for dinner quite a bit.
Do you have time to sit down to eat, or are usually running out the door with your kid in one hand and your briefcase in the other?
When I have time to cook food I usually eat 3-5 whole eggs, 2 pieces of toast, and mixed berries. Here is what it looks like:
I use coconut oil on the pan for a different taste I know you will like!
And if I am crunched for time I make a delicious Juice Plus Peanut Butter Banana Shake:
It’s quick, easy, and so delicious! Here is how you make it:
1 scoop Complete
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp of your favorite nut butter
…and blend!
