Sweet Garlic Ginger Shrimp and Spinach

2 lbs of peeled and deveined raw shrimp

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1 ½ tbsps of simply Asia sweet ginger garlic seasoning.

1 clove minced garlic

¼ cup of Pino Grigio

6 cups of raw spinach

Spray a non stick skillet with pam and heat to medium.

Place shrimp, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sweet ginger garlic seasoning in bowl and toss to coat.

Sauté until shrimp is no longer pink and slightly browned. Once the shrimp is done add the wine to to deglaze the skillet. While stirring scrape the bits of brown  pieces off the bottom of the pan. Add the shrimp to a bowl, cover to keep warm. Add the garlic and spinach to the pan. Keep stirring until the spinach leaves are fully wilted. Add the shrimp to the spinach toss and serve.

You can serve over quinoa or pasta or eat by itself.
