1 Artisan Thin Pizza Crust Flatout Flatbread
2 tablespoons Soy Yay Asian Honey BBQ sauce
1 oz thinly shredded Monterey Jack cheese
4oz grilled chicken breast thinly sliced
1 oz thinly sliced red onion
non-stick baking spray

Preheat oven to 375 F. Spray a large baking sheet with non-stick baking spray. Bake your flatbread for 3 to 5 minutes and remove. Put 1 tablespoon of BBQ sauce on the flatbread and spread evenly. Place chicken on the flatbread. Sprinkle cheese evenly over the flatbread. Top with red onion and drizzle remaining tablespoon of sauce over the top. Place flatbread back in the oven at 375 and bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is fully melted. Enjoy! Serve with Asian veggies.
