Our goal at Forge is to get you the body you have always wanted AND prepare you for everyday activities! 👇👇

What can you do on a single leg?
Bilateral lifts are important, but may not always be the best option.
Performing exercises on a single leg provide greater benefits for balance, coordination, core and lower body strength.
They also translate better to everyday activities. We don’t often do things with both legs at the same time (walking, running, climbing stairs, changing direction).
Here is a single leg squat off of a box.
This exercise requires both mobility and stability throughout the hip, knee, and ankle.
Try starting with a lower box or practicing the eccentric (lowering) portion of the movement.
