I don’t meal prep.

Some HAVE to do it.

Or at least plan a meal or two out.

Not for me.

I literally run into kroger as my day starts and get what I need.

Meals for today :

1. Oatmeal and protein shake

2. Quest bar and fruit

3. Chicken and rice

4. Fit kitchen pre made meal

5. Dinner at home and more veggies!

Here is today and will become my consistent routine.

Is it the best? No, but it works for me.

At the end of 2019 I went through a “lean bulk” and gained over 10 pounds, built muscle and got stronger.

Then I maintained my weight and now I am going to lean out and lose 12 pounds over the next 3 months.

Get beach ready and maintain for the summer.

And do it all over again.

This is the process over, and over, and OVER again.

Each year you gain a little bit more muscle and look a little better at a desired bodyweight.
